We are currently in search of a Marketing Strategy Lead to oversee the eCommerce marketing division, responsible for the strategic direction, analysis, optimization, and execution of all Search marketing initiatives - both Paid and Organic - across our network of eCommerce platforms, aligning with sales objectives.

This role entails managing SEM and SEO efforts for the enterprise, as well as supervising the Affiliate marketing channel to drive sales growth. The individual will also be tasked with training team members, leading search and cross-functional projects, and presenting insights to senior leadership. The position will oversee a team of 3-4 channel specialists and may also manage interns or temporary staff as needed. Reports directly to the Corporate Vice President and General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop, analyze, and optimize extensive paid search marketing campaigns to meet sales and performance targets while identifying profitable growth opportunities.

This role will also coordinate vacation promotions, liaise with internal divisions, and manage vendor relationships.


Share expertise in digital media channels and provide training to team members on daily operations, report generation, campaign launch implementation, and best practices for marketing adjustments.


Conduct research on paid search and marketplace trends to identify new testing opportunities and present findings to the team. Responsible for project management and ensuring timely completion of test schedules.


Create analytical reports on campaign performance, offering recommendations to achieve strategic objectives against key performance indicators, and present findings to senior management and cross-functional teams. Assist with quarterly reporting and presentation preparation.

Perform monthly financial reconciliations and support the development of budgeting, forecasting, and overall channel performance analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:
7+ years of experience in eCommerce marketing with a focus on SEM

2+ years of managerial experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Review and optimize assigned digital marketing campaigns to meet performance targets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared strategic objectives within set timelines.

Train direct reports on team processes, reporting, and campaign launch implementation.


Strong verbal and written communication skills demonstrated through past presentations and correspondence across various organizational levels.

Proven ability to effectively lead and manage a team.

Develop knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, and overall channel performance analysis.

A desire to expand skill sets to learn additional platforms that contribute to overall business success.
