About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director to lead our e-commerce marketing team at The Bradford Exchange. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive sales and revenue growth across our network of e-commerce sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and analyze large complex paid search marketing campaigns to achieve sales and revenue goals
  • Lead the planning and execution of vacation promotions and manage relationships with internal division contacts and vendor partners
  • Share digital media channel expertise and train employees on daily processes, campaign launches, and best practices for decision-making
  • Research paid search and marketplace trends to identify new opportunities and present to the team
  • Perform monthly accounting reconciliations and assist with quarterly reporting and slide preparation
  • Develop and maintain test schedules to ensure timely completion of tests
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing with a focus on SEM
  • 2+ years of managerial experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead and supervise a team
  • Desire to diversify skillset to learn other platforms that drive overall business
