Job Overview
The US Patient Services Marketing Team is at the forefront of delivering a comprehensive care model ecosystem that enhances the patient treatment experience across various brands and therapeutic areas.

Role Summary
The Immunology Access and Reimbursement Marketing Lead plays a pivotal role in crafting, executing, and overseeing access and reimbursement strategies for US Immunology medical and pharmacy benefit brands.

Key Responsibilities
This position requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to navigate a complex organizational structure. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams within the Patient Services organization, including:

  • Programs & Enterprise Strategy
  • Patient Engagement Services
  • Access and Reimbursement field teams
  • Market Access
  • Copay Excellence Center Development & Operations
  • Quality & Compliance
  • Enterprise Marketing

Additionally, collaboration with dedicated Patient Service functions such as Business Technology Solutions, finance, regulatory, legal, medical, marketing analytics, business insights, creative agencies, and the Commercial Brand product HCP team is essential.

Expertise Required
The A&R marketing lead is a subject matter expert in access and reimbursement processes for medical and pharmacy products, possessing a thorough understanding of drug acquisition channels and a robust knowledge of the payer landscape, including both government and commercial payers.

Operational Expectations
While this role does not have direct reports, the ability to influence and lead cross-functionally is crucial for driving business success. The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a customer-centric focus that prioritizes quality deliverables and performance.

Responsibilities (subject to business needs)
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and internal agencies to develop innovative initiatives that align with Patient Services strategic goals, enhancing the patient experience.
- Utilize data insights to formulate strategies and tactical solutions for HCP and office staff access and reimbursement processes.
- Assist in shaping the PSP brand positioning and access messaging for stakeholders, identifying barriers to patient access and devising innovative solutions.
- Work alongside Market Access Marketing to manage reimbursement communications for field-based access teams, educating HCP and office staff on policy updates affecting patient access.
- Conduct advisory boards to gather insights for developing access and reimbursement materials aligned with strategic objectives.
- Support the creation of digital channels (emails and websites) and lead content development for HCP and office staff access and reimbursement materials.
- Manage projects and relationships with agency partners, including creative, data, and digital teams.
- Oversee the marketing budget, identifying efficiencies to maximize resources.
- Deliver marketing briefs, understand timelines, and anticipate potential barriers impacting project timelines.
- Create tactics that adhere to Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and OEC guidance while focusing on business needs.
- Partner with Business Insights and analytics teams to assess and report on the effectiveness of campaign strategies through measurement plans and key performance indicators, providing recommendations for optimization.
