Position Overview:

Under the guidance of the Applications Manager and Director, the HRIS Analyst plays a crucial role in delivering continuous support for Human Resources information systems across various platforms. This role acts as the primary technical liaison for personnel and management regarding all HR electronic systems, which includes the deployment of new systems, ongoing system maintenance, technical assistance, report generation, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the efficient and effective operation of electronic information systems.
  • Establish system security protocols and user access levels.
  • Create and update user manuals and provide training for end users.
  • Assist with general HR functions, including statistical analysis, job description updates, and project assignments.

Qualifications:

Minimum of two years' experience as an HRIS Analyst is essential.

Proficiency with Workday HCM for at least two years is required.

A comprehensive understanding of the complete HR lifecycle is necessary.

Demonstrated expertise in HR application management and usage is expected.

Advanced proficiency in Excel is mandatory.

Strong skills in report writing are essential.

Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
