Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a multi-site organization.
- Certification from SHRM or HRCI is advantageous.
- Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local employment regulations.
