Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a multi-site organization.
  • HR certification from SHRM or HRCI is advantageous.
  • Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations.
