Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily activities related to the customs clearance of international freight.
  • Classify shipments and prepare necessary documentation for customs entry.
  • Possess knowledge of FDA regulations and other pertinent government agency requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Brokerage and Compliance Manager to streamline processes.
  • Engage with US Customs and other regulatory bodies as required.
  • Coordinate pickups and deliveries for brokerage files.
  • Address inquiries from both internal teams and external clients.
  • Input shipment and billing information into operational databases.
  • Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing as necessary.
  • Exhibit resilience and adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Prepare and manage necessary compliance documentation.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Customs Brokerage with a diverse range of commodities.
  • Familiarity with ADD/CVD, FDA, EPA, and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
