Position Overview:

Under the guidance of the Applications Manager and director, the HRIS Analyst plays a crucial role in delivering continuous information systems application support for the Human Resources department across various platforms. This role acts as the primary technical liaison for personnel and managers regarding all HR electronic systems, encompassing the implementation of new solutions, ongoing system maintenance, technical assistance, report generation, and data analysis.

The HRIS Analyst is tasked with ensuring the efficient and effective management of electronic information, establishing system security protocols, creating and updating user manuals, and providing training for end users.

Additional Responsibilities:

This role also encompasses general HR support tasks, which may include:

  • Conducting statistical analysis and generating reports
  • Maintaining job descriptions
  • Engaging in project work as assigned

Qualifications:

A minimum of two years' experience as an HRIS Analyst is required.

Experience with Workday HCM for at least two years is essential.

A comprehensive understanding of the full-service HR lifecycle is necessary.

A solid background in HR application administration and usage is required.

Proficiency in Excel at an advanced level is mandatory.

Strong report writing skills are essential.

Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
