Job Title: Office Business Director
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
The Office Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the success of individual tax preparation offices by overseeing daily operations, maintaining compliance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Main Objectives:
- Operational Excellence:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve office efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data and compliance with accounting practices.
- Staff Development and Engagement:
- Recruit, train, and develop talented team members, promoting a culture of customer service and continuous improvement.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management to tax preparers and support staff.
- Facilitate regular meetings and training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Liberty Tax's products and services to effectively assist customers.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in office management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with tax preparation software and office productivity tools.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the tax preparation or financial services industry.
