About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Michael Page. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and ensuring seamless delivery of recruitment services.
  • Source and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources and networks.
  • Conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants across the office, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Participate in proposal development and pitch presentations to secure new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and rates with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team, with a strong desire to lead and develop a team in the future.
  • High energy, determination, and resilience, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
