Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and ensuring seamless delivery of recruitment services.
- Source and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources and networks.
- Conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates and provide recommendations to clients.
- Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants across the office, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Participate in proposal development and pitch presentations to secure new business opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and rates with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience managing or mentoring a team, with a strong desire to lead and develop a team in the future.
- High energy, determination, and resilience, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Competitive base salary and uncapped quarterly commissions.
