Position Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and innovative Executive Vice President of Creative Marketing to play a critical role in steering our marketing strategies, enhancing brand identity, and driving overall growth. This position is ideal for a candidate with a proven history in the industry and a deep-seated enthusiasm for entertainment. The role offers a unique opportunity to significantly influence the creative direction of our agency and potentially transition into an ownership role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate and execute a creative vision and marketing strategies that effectively promote our brand, products, and services, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
  2. Lead the planning, execution, and refinement of all marketing campaigns, encompassing paid media, content marketing, and social media efforts.
  3. Collaborate with executive leadership to establish the overall creative vision for the agency.
  4. Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities within the industry, particularly in media services, to drive forward-thinking marketing initiatives.
  5. Cultivate strategic partnerships and negotiate agreements with key industry stakeholders, including influencers, digital platforms, and media agencies.
  6. Analyze marketing performance metrics, providing comprehensive reports and actionable recommendations to the executive team.
  7. Stay informed on industry best practices, digital marketing trends, and competitor activities, integrating relevant insights into our marketing strategies.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the agency at industry events and fostering relationships that drive business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, design, business, or a related discipline.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a creative leadership capacity within a marketing agency, entertainment company, or similar environment.
  3. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that meet business objectives.
  4. Strong understanding of the entertainment industry, including film, television, music, and gaming.
  5. Proven leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for inspiring and motivating diverse teams.
  6. Exceptional project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
  7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  8. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify trends and translate them into actionable marketing initiatives.
  9. Strong business acumen, aligning marketing efforts with company objectives and making data-driven decisions.
  10. Proven experience in negotiating partnerships and contracts with key industry players.
