We are in search of a seasoned and visionary Executive Vice President of Creative Marketing to take on a critical role in steering our marketing strategies, enhancing brand development, and driving overall growth. By stepping into this position, you will have the opportunity to significantly influence our creative direction and potentially reach an ownership level within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute a compelling creative vision and marketing strategies to elevate our brand, products, and services, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of diverse marketing campaigns, encompassing paid media, content marketing, and social media outreach.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and refine the overarching creative direction of the agency.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities within the industry, particularly in media services, to drive innovative marketing initiatives.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships, negotiating contracts with key industry influencers, digital platforms, media agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and assess marketing performance metrics, delivering regular insights and recommendations for enhancement to the executive team.
- Stay informed on industry best practices, digital marketing trends, and competitor activities, integrating relevant insights into our marketing strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the agency at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, fostering relationships and driving business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, design, business, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in a creative leadership capacity within a marketing agency, film studio, entertainment firm, or similar environment.
- Proven track record of crafting and executing successful digital marketing strategies that meet business objectives.
- Deep understanding of the entertainment sector, including film, television, music, gaming, or related fields.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with a talent for inspiring and motivating a diverse team to achieve outstanding results.
- Strong project management skills, adept at handling multiple projects concurrently and delivering results on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker, capable of identifying emerging trends and translating them into actionable marketing initiatives.
- Solid business acumen, aligning marketing efforts with overall company objectives and making data-driven decisions.
