Position Overview:

As the Senior Vice President of Creative Marketing, you will be tasked with leading our marketing initiatives, crafting, and executing innovative strategies to elevate our brand visibility. Your role will be vital in shaping our creative marketing projects, nurturing strategic alliances, and positioning our firm as a frontrunner in the industry. Additionally, this role offers the potential for ownership, providing a distinctive opportunity to partake in the success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate and execute a creative vision and marketing strategies to enhance our brand, products, and services, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
  2. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all marketing campaigns, including paid media, content marketing, and social media.
  3. Collaborate closely with executive leadership to define the overall creative direction of the business.
  4. Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the industry, specifically related to media services, and leverage them to drive innovative marketing initiatives.
  5. Foster strategic partnerships and negotiate contracts with key industry influencers, digital platforms, media agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
  6. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement to the executive team.
  7. Stay updated on industry best practices, digital marketing trends, and competitor activities, incorporating relevant insights into our marketing strategies.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, cultivating relationships and driving business opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, design, business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (10+ years) in a creative leadership role within a marketing agency, movie studio, entertainment company, or similar environment.
  3. Established track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies and achieving business objectives.
  4. Robust understanding of the entertainment industry, including film, television, music, gaming, or related sectors.
  5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve results.
  6. Superior project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
  7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  8. Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically, identify emerging trends, and translate them into actionable marketing initiatives.
  9. Strong business acumen, with the ability to align marketing efforts with overall company goals and make data-driven decisions.
  10. Outstanding client-centric skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, understand client needs, and present creative concepts effectively.
  11. Demonstrated experience in negotiating partnerships and contracts with key industry influencers, digital platforms, media agencies, or similar entities.
