Position Summary

The Senior Vice President of Marketing Strategy, Planning & Analysis (MSP&A) will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and planning for the marketing division. The MSP&A team is tasked with establishing both short-term and long-term business KPIs through exemplary strategies, planning, and analytical insights. This position demands the ability to align with key stakeholders and influence senior leadership through data-driven narratives and insights. The VP will report directly to the Senior Vice President of MSP&A.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive analyses and develop frameworks for assessing long-term planning for the Peacock Marketing team, focusing on audience segmentation, content preferences, demographics, and consumer behavior.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to leverage first and third-party data to identify priority audience profiles.
  • Provide actionable insights derived from data to support the marketing prioritization and planning processes.
  • Work in partnership with the Organic Social team to formulate the organic social strategy, encompassing platform initiatives and audience growth.
  • Establish KPIs for marketing and social media that align with overarching business objectives, collaborating with Decision Sciences to create metrics and dashboards for performance tracking.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in fields such as management consulting, business strategy, investment banking, and business development.
  • A robust understanding of the entertainment streaming landscape and its business models.
  • Exceptional business acumen with the ability to make informed judgments and actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and strong influencing skills across various sectors and leadership levels.
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment

This position is designated as hybrid, typically requiring in-office contributions a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range

Salary range: $190,000 - $250,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible).
