- Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities within the industry, particularly in media services, to drive innovative marketing efforts.
- Build strategic partnerships and negotiate agreements with key industry stakeholders, including influencers, digital platforms, and media agencies.
- Monitor and assess marketing performance metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations for enhancement to the executive team.
- Stay informed on industry best practices, digital marketing trends, and competitor activities, integrating relevant insights into our marketing strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the firm at industry events, conferences, and client engagements, fostering relationships and driving business growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, design, business, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in a creative leadership capacity within a marketing agency, film studio, entertainment firm, or a comparable environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that achieve business objectives.
- Strong understanding of the entertainment sector, including film, television, music, gaming, or related fields.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team towards achieving results.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently and delivering results on time and within budget.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
