  4. Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities within the industry, particularly in media services, to drive innovative marketing efforts.
  5. Build strategic partnerships and negotiate agreements with key industry stakeholders, including influencers, digital platforms, and media agencies.
  6. Monitor and assess marketing performance metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations for enhancement to the executive team.
  7. Stay informed on industry best practices, digital marketing trends, and competitor activities, integrating relevant insights into our marketing strategies.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the firm at industry events, conferences, and client engagements, fostering relationships and driving business growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, design, business, or a related discipline.
  2. Extensive experience (10+ years) in a creative leadership capacity within a marketing agency, film studio, entertainment firm, or a comparable environment.
  3. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that achieve business objectives.
  4. Strong understanding of the entertainment sector, including film, television, music, gaming, or related fields.
  5. Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team towards achieving results.
  6. Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently and delivering results on time and within budget.
  7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  8. Strategic thinker, with the ability to critically assess emerging trends and translate them into actionable marketing initiatives.
  9. Strong business acumen, with the ability to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives and make data-driven decisions.
  10. Exceptional client-centric skills, including the ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships, understand client needs, and present creative concepts effectively.
  11. Proven experience in negotiating partnerships and contracts with key industry influencers, digital platforms, media agencies, or similar entities.
