Corporate Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our corporate volunteer program in partnership with NYC Parks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage corporate partners in hands-on beautification projects throughout the city's neighborhood parks.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in volunteer and program management, with a strong background in project management, research, and data analysis. You will be comfortable working independently, as well as part of a collaborative team, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and program planning for the corporate volunteer program
- Supervise corporate engagement coordinators and seasonal associates
- Cultivate and implement new and existing corporate partners to grow and sustain their participation in the It's My Park (IMP) corporate volunteer program
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, and a dynamic work environment that values innovation, teamwork, and community engagement.
