Sales Partnership Development Manager

We are Darrow AI, a fast-growing legal tech startup dedicated to revolutionizing the justice system through advanced Machine Learning & AI.
As a Sales Partnership Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating our sales efforts and building strong relationships with key partners to drive business growth.
This is not your typical Litigation Partnership Executive role - at Darrow AI, you will be responsible for presenting business opportunities to top Plaintiff law-firms, pitching new and uncovered legal violations, and serving as their knowledge base and point of contact.
In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of our sales team, supporting product strategy, creating, leading, and executing core business processes.
The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ability to think on their feet, and passion for presenting and debating complex legal cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth understanding of legal bases behind each offering and effectively communicate it to clients.
- Nurture strong relationships with key channel partner contacts and manage a network of business partners.
- Meet key performance metrics including pipeline creation, revenue generation, and joint marketing goals.
- Contribute significantly to channel partner revenue growth.
- Maintain close monitoring of dashboards to ensure contract adherence and promote operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker required.
- A licensed lawyer with 2+ years of litigation or corporate experience in a top-tier U.S. law firm (Class Action litigation experience is highly desirable); prior experience does not need to be current.
- Proven ability to analyze and present complex legal issues to experienced lawyers.
- Exceptional relationship-builder with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and lead projects from beginning to end.
- Resourceful, agile, truthful, and trustworthy individual who excels in high-pressure situations.
