Salary: The annualized base salary for this role ranges from $180,000 to $280,000, depending on experience and location.

 

Role Summary:**

We're seeking an experienced Managing Partner - Industries Capability Center to lead our customer success efforts and drive business outcomes for our clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining executive relationships with assigned customers and ensuring the successful deployment of the Workday solution.

 

Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Collaborate with Sales Executives and Services Executives to position and sell Workday products, deployment risk mitigation services, and post-production offerings.
  2. Develop and sustain customer executive relationships.
  3. Maintain accurate contact records of customer interactions in CRM software.

 

Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
