About the Role

This is an opportunity to create long-term relationships with OneTrust product, development, and technical teams. As a Senior Customer Success Architect, you'll work closely with our Customer Success Managers to deliver outcome-based product solutions, translate business requirements into functional and technical product solutions, and provide timely resolutions across all customers.

Your primary goal will be to use your deep expertise to deliver valuable solutions to customers, shape product direction, and contribute to scoping new offerings and enhancements. This role requires above-average attention to details, technical acumen, concern for accuracy, and strong commitment to meeting deliverable dates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create long-term relationships with OneTrust product, development, and technical teams
  • Work with our Customer Success Managers to deliver outcome-based product solutions
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical product solutions
  • Spread expertise by hosting trainings, client sessions, webinars, and informal teaching
  • Provide timely resolutions across all customers

Requirements
  • BA/BS in a related subject is required
  • 4-6+ years in a role within software consulting or related experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proven ability to engage across corporate functions
  • Practical experience in troubleshooting software and web services
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is $86,250 - $129,375 USD per year.
