Senior Manager, Customer Success Strategy Lead

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Customer Success Strategy to lead our Customer Success team in improving effectiveness, efficiency, and consistency of the customer success delivery model. This hands-on role requires strong management across global teams, people leadership, and talent development.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will work with Customer Success leaders to define and execute on customer success strategy. You will be responsible for defining processes to plan, prioritize, execute, and measure success of CS initiatives. Additionally, you will maintain an understanding of OneTrust product strategy & value proposition, SaaS model, tools, services, KPIs, process and program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Customer Success (CS) leadership to define & execute on Customer Success strategy
- Define processes to plan, prioritize, execute, and measure success of CS initiatives
