Customer Success Team Lead, SMB

WelcomeHome is a rapidly growing SaaS provider of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for the senior living industry. Based in Atlanta, our mission is to deliver innovative technology that drives client success.

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Team Lead to drive business outcomes for our SMB clients. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will develop and execute strategies to ensure seamless adoption and retention of our platform.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer journeys for SMB clients from post-onboarding to renewal
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and client success
  • Elevating key needs to senior leadership
  • Hiring and maintaining a group of Customer Success Managers focused on SMB client success

This position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and unlimited PTO.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in a software environment. Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills are essential.
