We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Managing Partner - Industries Capability Center. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of a portfolio of deploying and production customers operating from a hub location across multiple industries.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity requires someone with 6+ years of experience in deploying modern finance and HR technology solutions at a project or program manager level. The ideal candidate should possess leadership abilities to motivate and coordinate a matrixed team of individuals at multiple levels within an organization. A proven track record of delivering customer presentations, writing internal customer account plans, and traveling up to 50% is also essential.

You will be responsible for orchestrating the development and maintenance of executive relationships, taking accountability for the successful deployment of the Workday solution, positioning additional services into your customer portfolio, ensuring customers consume the components of their subscription, and encouraging an effective reference motion. Portfolios consist of 10 to 12 customers subscribing to our Workday Success Plan offering.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, based on national averages and considering factors such as industry standards, company size, and required skills. This figure may vary depending on individual circumstances and qualifications.

As a Managing Partner, you will have the opportunity to drive customer self-sufficiency by ensuring customers understand how to engage with Workday's Customer Experience organization and use the features of their Success Plan. You will also collaborate with other workmates in the Strategic Engagement practice around the world to advance the tools and techniques that produce a remarkable customer experience.
