We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Success Associate to join our team at OnPay. As a key member of our Client Experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include learning and navigating OnPay systems to respond to client issues efficiently, troubleshooting problems, and identifying solutions for clients as well as other internal teams. You will also be required to communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and chat, and ensure that all client issues are documented accurately and comprehensively.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. A working knowledge of Accounting/Bookkeeping, HR, Payroll, tax, or related fields is also desired.
