Business Development Focus:

  • Initiates outreach to potential development partners
  • Designs and oversees the creation of presentation materials, proposals, and contracts
  • Manages the tracking and reporting of the business development pipeline
  • Implements signed agreements aimed at achieving profitability goals
  • Engages in educational opportunities to remain informed about market trends
  • Networks with organizations such as DCBIA, Urban Land Institute (ULI), and CREW

Client Relationship Management:

  • Facilitates the transition of new clients to the sales and marketing teams

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong research and analytical capabilities
  • Comprehensive understanding of the real estate development landscape
  • Familiarity with the new construction condominium and apartment sectors
  • Knowledge of multi-family equity and debt financing
  • Proficiency in Prezi, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with MRIS, tax records, and other real estate data platforms
