Senior Vice President of Communications

LSG, a leading impact agency, is seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President of Communications to join our team in Washington, D.C. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated communications strategies to drive business growth and enhance our clients' reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive communications plans to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of communications professionals to ensure exceptional client service and delivery of high-quality work products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client leaders, including C-suite officers, to provide strategic counsel and support.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth within the client portfolio, including cross-selling LSG services.
- Develop and execute thought leadership initiatives to position LSG as a trusted advisor in the industry.
Qualifications:
- 12-15 years of experience in strategic communications and/or public affairs, with a proven track record in reputation management, brand and product communications, media relations, and/or crisis communications and issues management.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
