Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

Position Overview:

The Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships is chiefly accountable for driving revenue growth by establishing agreements with both new prospects and current clients. Key responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, fostering ongoing relationships for sustained business, devising presentation strategies and materials, and monitoring revenue forecasts and profitability objectives.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Maintains an updated business development database
  • Supports the President with client interactions as required
  • Analyzes and compiles weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Participates in weekly business development strategy meetings
  • Attends industry-related events as scheduled
Business Development Focus:
  • Coordinates business development meetings and networking events
  • Oversees existing client relationships
  • Engages with potential developer partnerships
  • Creates and manages presentation packages, proposals, and contracts
  • Monitors and reports on the business development pipeline
  • Implements signed agreements targeting percentage and fee profitability goals
  • Participates in educational seminars and training to remain informed about the real estate sector
  • Engages in networking with organizations such as DCBIA, Urban Land Institute (ULI), CREW, and other relevant real estate associations
Client Relationship Management:
  • Facilitates the transition of new clients to sales and marketing teams
  • Assists the President with general project management as necessary
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities
  • Broad understanding of the real estate development market
  • Familiarity with the new construction condominium and apartment sectors
  • Knowledge of multifamily equity and debt financing
  • Proficiency in Prezi Presentation software, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with MRIS, tax records, and other real estate data platforms
