Job Title: Senior Vice President of Communications

LSG, a leading impact agency, is seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President of Communications to join our team in Washington, D.C. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated communications strategies to drive business growth and enhance our clients' reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive communications plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate communications strategies across public affairs, brand building, and corporate reputation management.
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior executives and clients on communications and reputation management.
  • Manage and develop a team of communications professionals to drive excellence in account leadership and client service.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth through new business development and cross-selling LSG services.
Requirements:
  • 12-15 years of experience in strategic communications and/or public affairs, with a proven track record in reputation management, brand and product communications, media relations, and/or crisis communications and issues management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with significant experience in new business development and revenue growth.
  • Intellectually curious and a brave driver of innovation across the business.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
