Key Responsibilities
  • Articulate and showcase product features while providing tailored recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Achieve or surpass goals related to customer satisfaction, sales, and retention.
  • Assist in the opening and closing procedures of our retail locations.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Participate in workshops, special events, and product demonstrations.
  • Support fellow sales team members as needed.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of current products and competitor offerings through regular training sessions.
  • May be required to work at various locations within the same region.
What We Offer
  • As part of a team focused on customer loyalty, you will have a variable targeted total compensation of $32,942 ($21.84/hr), which includes a base hourly rate of at least $16.73 and a targeted commission of $639 monthly. Total compensation may vary based on factors such as location and experience.

Who You Are

Qualifications:
Minimum:
  • High school diploma or GED, or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively promote products using a consultative approach.
  • Capability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
  • Physical ability to be mobile within the store for extended periods.
  • Computer literacy with a willingness to learn about communication products and services.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds for inventory management.
Preferred:
  • Some college experience in sales, business, or management.
  • One year of experience in a related field (e.g., Sales, Retail Sales, Service Industry).
  • Experience in selling Wireless/Mobile products.
  • Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
