Join The Salvation Army (TSA) Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) and become a part of our mission to support individuals on their path to recovery. As a Retail Sales Representative at our Thrift Store, you will be instrumental in enhancing customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome and assist customers and donors with respect and kindness
  • Organize and display merchandise effectively on the sales floor
  • Ensure the store remains clean and well-organized
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Receive and manage inventory items promptly
  • Conduct quality checks on products
  • Support donors during item drop-off
  • Carry out additional tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or GED is preferred
  • Familiarity with POS and cash register systems
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Capability to lift weights up to 50lbs

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to perform a variety of physical activities
  • Capacity to lift and transport items weighing up to 50lbs
