As a Home Health Office Manager with Interim HealthCare, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care services. This position requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of healthcare regulations and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure overall compliance with federal, state, and local government laws and regulations, as well as Interim HealthCare's policies and procedures.
- Manage authorizations for Interim HealthCare's continuous care clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- A college degree in nursing, healthcare, or business is preferred.
- Training and experience in healthcare administration is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in home health care or a related healthcare industry.
