Position Overview:
The Lead Financial Analyst at Mercury Broadband will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department by executing a range of financial responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include preparing essential documentation, conducting reporting functions, identifying and managing fixed assets, and assisting with various financial projects.
The Lead Financial Analyst will report directly to the Director of Finance.Employment Type:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the finance department in daily operations.
- Oversee fixed asset processing for all entities, ensuring precise reporting of depreciation and reconciling the fixed asset sub-ledger with the main ledger.
- Conduct reconciliations for assigned accounts.
- Complete designated financial projects.
- Process transactions and maintain updated ledgers.
- Manage inventory transactions and reconcile sub-ledgers with the main ledger.
- Prepare complex journal entries, reports, and financial analyses.
- Reconcile bank accounts.
- Facilitate annual audits, addressing and resolving any audit findings.
- Guide, mentor, and assist in leading junior financial analysts and the finance team.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software and related applications.
- Strong financial analytical skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
