Role Summary
This position will play a crucial role in enhancing our organization by concentrating on our operational costs at a national level. You will collaborate with various departments and leadership to gain insights, monitor (benchmark), and predict our expenditures, thereby revolutionizing our operational management and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively build and nurture strong relationships with department leaders, financial teams, and other stakeholders to better understand, anticipate, and optimize operational costs.
- Assess and challenge the current national cost structure, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and work together to implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal leaders to comprehend and forecast all elements of internal billing.
- Manage the documentation and distribution of operational costs across the organization.
- Contribute to the monthly forecasting and annual planning processes at both departmental and organizational levels.
- Create informative and transparent reports for leadership to facilitate informed decision-making across the organization.
- Drive transformation by respectfully questioning traditional practices and utilizing technology and automation.
- Partner with internal teams to develop comprehensive data analytics and provide necessary reports or information to other departments.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Relevant experience in Finance or Accounting roles that necessitate a solid grasp of financial processes, analysis, and reporting.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and present financial data and concepts to diverse audiences.
- Capability to form strategic partnerships, respectfully challenge existing practices, and work collaboratively with various departments and management levels to deliver solutions and implement improvements.
- Experience applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including generating ideas, collecting data, performing analysis, and presenting findings to key stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of combined experience in Finance and Analyst roles.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel) to gather data and create reports.
- Experience with large ERP systems.
