- Business-Technical Alignment: Provide the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.
- Requirements Documentation: Applies and mentors the use of tools to define requirements.
- Process Improvement: Anticipates and identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Design Documentation: Ensures high-level designs, including architecture requirements, are accurately documented and map to approved requirements.
- Training and Documentation: Assists in developing training documentation and proactive identification of additional documentation needs.
We require an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field of study, and a minimum of 3 years of experience with documenting requirements and/or building test cases for a variety of technologies.
Preferred Skills and Experience- Testing and Quality Assurance: Experience with testing and quality assurance processes, tools, and methods.
- Project Management: Project management experience and training in facilitation.
- Agile Environment: Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Healthcare Sector: Knowledge of the healthcare sector.
- FACETS Software: Familiarity with FACETS software.
- SQL: Experience with SQL.
