Job Responsibilities
As a Telecommunications Account Executive, you will connect individuals and communities by providing top-tier telecommunication services.

Key Duties:

  • Actively support initiatives aimed at simplifying and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Demonstrate tenacity and drive in a performance-based environment with uncapped potential.
  • Conduct proactive consultative needs assessments with new prospective clients.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure accurate completion of all necessary documentation to support sales activities, adhering to quality control guidelines.
  • Participate actively in all sales meetings and training programs to support team goals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets in high-speed data, mobile, landline phone, and video services.
  • Complete all administrative tasks related to sold products in accordance with departmental practices and policies.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities within the assigned territory and report any changes in competitive pricing or marketing strategies.
  • Attend and successfully complete all required training programs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:
Some experience in the high-technology and telecommunications industry is preferred. Proficiency in voice data and ISP telecommunications is advantageous. Candidates should possess:

  • Strong business case and financial analysis skills.
  • Exceptional time management and sales management abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and account management skills.
  • Superior negotiation and closing capabilities.
