Position Summary

The Connectivity Solutions Specialist plays a crucial role in merging technical knowledge with sales acumen to enhance revenue and expand market reach while delivering innovative technology solutions within Hotwire service areas. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct tailored in-home consultations for each client, emphasizing sales and revenue enhancement.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with property stakeholders to identify sales opportunities and foster revenue growth.
  • Analyze and present data effectively to support informed decision-making.
  • Recognize additional sales prospects and pursue upsell opportunities.
  • Participate in sales meetings as a technical resource.
  • Act as a Product Ambassador, educating clients on Hotwire's offerings and promoting sales across all business lines.
  • Monitor industry trends and technological innovations to stay competitive.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

To excel in this role, an individual must be capable of fulfilling each essential duty effectively. The qualifications listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, ideally in a technical discipline, business, or marketing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in telecommunications or a related technical field.
  • Demonstrated success in project management.
  • Familiarity with cable and telecommunications products and services is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team, including cross-functional teams, and demonstrate interpersonal awareness.
  • Capacity to engage and support the Executive Leadership team.
  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
  • Relevant industry experience is preferred.
