Key Responsibilities
- Proactively enhance and simplify the customer journey through dedicated support.
- Demonstrate tenacity and drive, thriving in a performance-based environment with unlimited earning potential.
- Conduct thorough consultative needs assessments with potential clients.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to meet client requirements.
- Ensure meticulous completion of all necessary documentation to support sales initiatives, adhering to quality control standards, including but not limited to:
- Dispositioning
- Entering sales orders
- Reporting on sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals by participating in all scheduled sales meetings and training sessions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets across various services, including high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video solutions.
- Fulfill all administrative responsibilities related to sold products in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about competitive activities within your designated territory and communicate any changes in pricing strategies or marketing approaches to your supervisor.
- Attend and successfully complete all required training programs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the high-technology and telecommunications sectors is preferred.
- Familiarity with voice data and ISP telecommunications is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of business case development, financial analysis, sales management, and effective time management.
- Exceptional skills in maintaining daily customer appointments on-site.
- High level of interpersonal and account management capabilities.
- Outstanding negotiation and closing skills.
