Position Overview:
Credence Management Solutions, LLC is actively seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the cyber resilience of advanced weapon systems, ensuring mission effectiveness even in challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employ systems engineering and acquisition security methodologies to design, integrate, and implement secure weapon systems.
  • Assist in the creation of Program Protection Plans (PPP) and develop relevant training materials.
  • Collaborate with experts across various disciplines to facilitate engaging training sessions and practical exercises.
  • Contribute to the development of Systems Security Engineering (SSE) documentation and templates, integrating them into the systems engineering lifecycle.
  • Provide expert engineering support to address critical issues, conducting thorough problem assessments and formulating corrective strategies.
  • Review and enhance processes to incorporate cybersecurity initiatives into PPPs, ensuring comprehensive protection for weapon systems.
  • Support the identification and validation of requirements, ensuring alignment with acquisition documentation and cyber initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Clearance: Top Secret
  • Education: MA/MS with ten (10) years of relevant experience, or BA/BS with twelve (12) years, or fifteen (15) years of relevant experience.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or Systems Security Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of direct involvement with Department of Defense (DoD) weapon systems and senior-level knowledge of acquisition management.
  • Familiarity with DoD and Department of the Air Force (DAF) acquisition policies and program protection processes.
