Job Overview

The Cybersecurity Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying, recruiting, and placing exceptional cybersecurity professionals to fulfill the increasing needs of our organization. This position requires close collaboration with hiring managers and the HR department to comprehend staffing requirements, formulate recruitment strategies, and attract high-caliber candidates for diverse cybersecurity positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing: Discover, engage, and connect with leading cybersecurity experts through multiple avenues, including job platforms, social media, industry conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Recruitment Planning: Create and execute targeted recruitment plans specific to the cybersecurity sector to meet both current and future workforce demands.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Perform preliminary screenings, interviews, and assessments to gauge candidates' expertise, experience, and suitability for particular cybersecurity roles.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Work alongside hiring managers to grasp job specifications, develop precise and appealing job descriptions, and oversee the recruitment process from inception to completion.
  • Industry Insights: Remain updated on market trends, salary standards, and competitive hiring practices to offer valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Candidate Engagement: Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey, providing timely updates and constructive feedback.
  • Data Management: Keep accurate and current candidate records and recruitment metrics utilizing the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Employer Promotion: Advocate for AugmentJobs as a preferred employer by showcasing our cybersecurity initiatives, organizational culture, and career opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in cybersecurity or IT roles, is highly desirable.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including pertinent skills, certifications, and industry developments.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for specialized technical positions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to foster relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience with ATS systems and various recruitment tools.
  • Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
