Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor for our Commercial and Industrial projects.


The Electrical Construction Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful installation of electrical systems on various projects.

This position involves providing leadership and direction to apprentices and helpers, fostering their development in the electrical field.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee personnel engaged in electrical construction tasks.
  • Delegate assignments, assess the quality of work performed by electricians, monitor team performance, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Interpret blueprints and manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in handling electrical conduit materials, including cutting, bending, threading, and installation.
  • Execute complex bending techniques such as offsets, saddles, and 90-degree angles.
  • Facilitate the pulling of electrical wiring through conduits.
  • Connect and terminate electrical panels, fixtures, outlets, and various devices.
  • Provide instruction and mentorship on the aforementioned tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on inspiring and developing team members.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with technology and computer systems.
  • Possession of a Journeyman or Master Electrician certification.
