This role will primarily concentrate on negotiated electrical projects within significant industries such as healthcare, higher education, advanced technology, life sciences, and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Upholding and promoting the company's vision and mission.
  • Managing projects from the initial estimation phase through to completion.
  • Collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Delivering innovative solutions to address cost-related challenges.
  • Preparing comprehensive estimates and variance reports.
  • Involvement in the bidding process and making recommendations for subcontractor awards.
  • Engaging with both new and existing clients to foster business development.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Capability to efficiently juggle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various construction management software.
  • Over 5 years of experience as an Electrical Estimator in the commercial construction field.
  • Familiarity with Design/Build and Design/Assist project methodologies is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree is beneficial but not a strict requirement.
