The Construction Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the success of each project. You will manage large-scale multi-family construction projects from inception to completion, fostering trust and collaboration among team members, subcontractors, architects, owners, and inspectors.

Key Responsibilities of a Construction Supervisor
As a Construction Project Supervisor, your enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment to excellence will ensure that every project is a masterpiece.
- Team Management: Lead and manage all personnel involved in the project to ensure clarity in plans, understanding of expectations, and efficient collaboration. The Supervisor is also responsible for mentoring the next generation of leaders by guiding Assistant Supervisors.
- Project Oversight: Ensure that the project adheres to the established timeline.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a proactive approach to ensure all safety regulations are followed, always prepared for inspections.
- Effective Communication: Promote UrbanCore's values and culture among all stakeholders, including subcontractors, team members, owners, and inspectors.
- Project Familiarity: Keep a thorough understanding of every project detail, including plans, submissions, sequencing, and documentation.

- 5+ years of experience as a construction site supervisor managing large commercial projects.
- Proficiency in software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite is preferred.
- Ability to interpret site plans effectively.
- Experience in maintaining precise project documentation.
- Knowledge of safety standards to ensure project safety.
- Experience in site management and leading projects.
- Capability to mentor and train team members and trade partners.
- Experience in creating look-ahead schedules and project closeouts.
- Annual salary ranging from $95,000 to $120,000, plus a bonus.
- Comprehensive employee health coverage, fully funded by the company.
- 401K plan with a company match of 100% up to 3%, and 50% up to 5%.
