Key Responsibilities
  • Create a winning 3-course meal using mystery basket ingredients within a timed framework.
  • Lead a sous chef through the execution of dishes, ensuring a fun and interactive experience for guests.
  • Develop a strong understanding of food and kitchen safety, as well as FOH operations.
  • Deliver high-quality customer experiences and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Culinary degree from an accredited program.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the food industry.
  • Strong understanding of food and kitchen safety.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Compensation

Competitive compensation package, including a starting rate of $175 per 5-hour shift, plus a $100 bonus for a win, and tips.
