Horizon Hospitality Executive Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at a prestigious corporate headquarters in Fairfield County, CT. This role will oversee a team of culinary professionals providing exceptional food and beverage services to business leaders from around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a large-scale kitchen operation with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the diverse needs of our clients.
  • Lead a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume environment.
  • Proven track record of success in corporate business dining, hotels, or country clubs.
  • Culinary degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Financial acumen and creative problem-solving skills.
