### Job Description
As a Senior Area Sales Manager - South Region, you will be responsible for delivering revenue targets through existing accounts and new business development. This will involve working closely with internal commercial and sales support teams to execute a clear sales strategy.

### Key Responsibilities
* Deliver revenue targets through existing accounts and new business development
* Manage own diary and scheduling customer visits
* Provide a high level of customer service and understand customer needs
* Work with internal commercial and sales support teams to execute a clear sales strategy
* Report on sales pipeline, portfolio revenue, and sales action plans

### Required Skills and Qualifications
* Any B2B sales professional with experience selling products or consumables into the trades/construction industry
* Sales managers with experience selling into building merchants, independent merchants, showrooms, resellers will have a considerable advantage
* Sales managers who have experience within the plumbing and heating industry are encouraged to apply
