We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Adams Limitless Inc.

About the Role

This is a senior-level sales position responsible for managing outside sales representatives and driving growth within their territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the safety industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and qualifying leads, closing new business, and managing customer and partner relationships from an outside sales perspective.

This role requires a self-directed, forward-thinking individual who is results-oriented and capable of professional follow-through.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personal monthly sales targets.
  • Attend customer sites for surveys and quotation purposes.
  • Produce quotations based on relevant design standards.
  • Presentation of product lines to potential clients.
  • Collaboration with the inside sales team on orders and projects.
  • Problem-solving shipping, credit, and logistic issues.
  • Utilization of web-based tools to track construction projects.
  • Market research and analysis for new product creation.
  • Maintenance of customer/prospect/lead database.
  • Development of targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Identification of indirect sales opportunities.
  • Follow-up on prospects/leads generated by company advertising.
  • Preparation of quotations for all product lines.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience managing sales teams to hit targets.
  • Degree education preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset for lead generation and sales.
  • Self-motivated and team player.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools preferred.
  • Ability to adapt in a growing environment.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 per year, plus benefits.
