**Job Title:** Senior Sales Revenue Optimization Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Revenue Optimization Manager to join our sales operations team at Forward Air. This role will focus on enhancing sales efficiency, driving revenue growth, and ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and finance teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for improving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales optimization strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting tools and visual dashboards to monitor sales performance.
  • Provide insightful data summaries to support business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and process improvements.
