Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Professional to join our team at K2 Staffing. This is a full-time opportunity for a business development manager with extensive experience in BPO sales and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong, long-term relationships with senior management at target firms and building a growth strategy that drives both financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company's services addressing or predicting client objectives

The salary for this position is approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include flexible schedule, travel reimbursement, work from home, bonus pay, commission pay, and cell phone reimbursement.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a lead generation and successful proven track record in BPO sales is a plus
  • Degree in marketing, promotion, advertising sales, or business administration
  • Extensive experience selling face-to-face with new business prospects
