  • Restaurant Operations

    • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of cooks and kitchen staff

    • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Financial Management
    • Manage kitchen budgets, including food costs, labor costs, and inventory expenses

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years' experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related professional area
