We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Rainforest Cafe. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction through a commitment to excellence in food quality, presentation, and service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a high-performing team of culinary staff, providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food preparation procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and food cost control to achieve budgeted targets.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of culinary management experience, with a proven track record of success in a high-volume dining establishment.
- Strong knowledge of back-of-house operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and food/labor cost management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 per year.
