Executive Sous Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary team at The Club At Weston Hills. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of our kitchen and ensuring a top-notch dining experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and quality control.
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food and service.
- Ensure the consistent preparation of high-quality dishes, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Monitor and manage kitchen staff performance, providing training and development opportunities as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
- Contribute to menu development and innovation, keeping abreast of culinary trends and member preferences.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- A passion for culinary excellence and a creative approach to menu development.
